The Center of Excellence (CoE) on Data Quality invites students, academicians, researchers, and working professionals to submit original research papers, case studies, frameworks, and insights.
Selected submissions will be reviewed by our expert committee and featured on the official Data Quality CoE Knowledge Hub, presented at our conference, or published in our quarterly insights series.

Who Should Submit?
Students & Young Adults: Share mini-projects, research ideas, or novel data cleaning experiments.
Academicians & Faculty: Submit academic methodologies, empirical studies, or curriculum frameworks.
Researchers & PhD Scholars: Present deep-tech research papers, mathematical validation models, or domain applications.

Submission Guidelines
Abstract Length: 150 – 300 words.
Full Paper Length (Optional for initial review): 2,500 – 6,000 words (PDF or MS Word format).
Language: English.
Originality: All submissions must represent original work or syntheses of practical industry case studies.
How to Submit
1. Prepare Your Submission Details
Before opening the submission portal, make sure you have the following information ready:
Author Details: Full Name, Email Address, and Institutional/Employer Affiliation.
Role / Category: Your primary designation (Student, Academic/Faculty, Researcher, Working Professional, Executive, etc.).
Paper Information: Paper Title and a concise Abstract / Brief Summary (150–300 words).
Manuscript (Optional): Your draft or full paper in PDF or Word format (up to 10 MB).
2. Complete the Online Form
Click the submission link below to open the official Google Form portal. Enter your details accurately so our peer review board can correspond with you regarding your application status.
3. Peer Review & Evaluation
Once submitted, your abstract and paper will undergo evaluation by the CoE Academic & Industry Review Board based on:
Relevance to Data Quality & Governance domains.
Technical depth, practical application, and clarity.
Originality of research or enterprise case study insights.
4. Notification & Next Steps
Corresponding authors will receive an email acknowledgment upon successful submission, followed by a formal review decision and instructions for publication or conference presentation.
